The Strategic Sourcing specialist is a position that will provide strategic sourcing and tactical procurement support on new product development projects, model change and new technology development.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the electrical and electronics category for MCBH. Management of the category to include supply base optimization, supplier selection, leading VAVE and cost savings initiatives, leading make verses buy projects and developing multi sourcing strategies where required. Must be familiar with category concepts, practices, and procedures; a wide degree of creativity, initiative and latitude is given in this position.
The Controller for our MasterCraft segment oversees all financial aspects of the brand and will provide thought leadership to and be a participant of a senior leadership team for the brand. There will be oversight and control of the accounting close and brand FP&A activities to include our regular cadence of strategic plan, budget, forecasts, annual pricing and monthly reporting processes. A successful leader in this role will partner with other functional leaders within the segment to drive better data collection, streamline reporting capabilities, and improve accuracy that will help influence short-term and long-term decision making for the business.
The Data Developer is responsible for ensuring the quality, integrity, and availability of data within all MCBH platforms. This role involves developing and revising data services, managing data governance processes, performing data quality checks, structuring data for analysis, and collaborating with various stakeholders to support the company's data-driven business decisions.
MasterCraft is seeking a Structural Engineer responsible for detailed structural analysis and validation of marine structures using finite element methods. This role focuses on developing high-fidelity models, defining realistic marine load cases, and correlating analytical predictions to physical test data. The position works closely with design engineering, development, and manufacturing teams to support design decisions, resolve structural issues, and establish confidence in analytical results used to guide production designs.
