Meagan has been professionally wakeboarding since 2012. Quick math, that means she was only 15 years old. And she came out swinging—grabbing the title of Queen of Wake, Masters Champion, and Wake Games champ, all in her rookie season. She wrapped up her first year pro being recognized at Wake Awards as Rookie of the Year, and has continued to dominate since. Her list of accolades and achievements is long, but highlights include winning The Masters an impressive eight times, securing the title of World Champion seven times, and being recognized as Wakeboarding Magazine’s Best Female Rider six times. Her consistency, her style, her unwavering effort to be the best she can be—it’s people like Meagan who make this sport and industry stronger. Over the last decade, she’s been a champion for equality and elevating the status of women’s wakeboarding overall. She’s always striving to improve her craft not only on the water but off the water as well, giving back to the watersports community over the years with her female-specific events, such as the Moxie Pro, Breast Cancer Survivor’s Day on the Water, and MasterCraft Let Her Rip events. When she’s not wakeboarding, Meagan spends her time foiling or surfing, trying out new recipes in the kitchen, hanging out with her family and friends, and traveling.
