so the stereo install is done (gotta have priorities right?) and now i can do the mechanicals. i'm going today to pick up an E2044 and i've already got my fuel filter from skidim. i'll change all the fluids, however, i don't see where there is a transmission filter. any advice on how to get to it? the only one on the skidim.com site is $100. does that sound right? thanks.

Transmission filter is under the cap in the red square. It has an allen head on top. They are expensive. $100 sounds about right. I've never replaced mine. I cleaned it with some gasoline or brake cleaner last time I changed the transmission fluid.
