Not the same mirror. That is the CIPA Extreme. The PTM looks like this:

I got one on my new boat and its sweet. I love the visibility the mirror gives but I really like how it folds flat below the windshield when I want to put the cover on. kick A$$ product.

Sodar - If you have the MC Extreme Mirror Mount made for CIPA mirrors by MC Design Part Number: 11-A00009. The mount will work just fine with PTM mirror. You don't need the PTM arm unless you are windshield mounting the mirror.
