Not much to update right now. Been very busy around the house getting ready for the baby. Only 4 weeks until he is due.
I have been working on the front tips for the bimini. Was going to have them CNC out but decided to do it on my own and they are looking pretty good but still need some work.  I have been playing around with my new Aluminum spool gun and testing all the welds.  Rolled all the tube for the outer structure and it curled a little so I laid it under a bunch of weight to straighten it out. Been there for about 5 days so it should be flat my now.  Hoping to tack the outer structure together today.

I got the outer structure all tacked together. Now I have to run the two tubes that support the board racks. I changed the attachment points from the board rack tubes and the bimini tubes. It will make it easier to make the canvas and quicker to attach it.

The small pieces of tube that complete the picklefork look took me way longer than they should have, but they are tacked in. Now I just have to build the board rack tubes with the removable support to make the canvas easy to put on and take off.
   (The tube welded on the front of the tips was just used to keep the spacing and angle of the tips correct until it was supported on the back side. It will be cut off soon.)

Will you beable to travel down the hwy with it.Or will it have to be removed?

I will remove the canvas when drivin on the highway, but the rack will be plenty strong to drive on the highway.
I am planning on having it anadoized but would like to run it on the boat to make sure I don't want to change anything on it first.

How will you attach the canvas to the bars? buttons,zipper? This is a cool project
