Just tried calling/emailing the skins guys and got a disconnected message on both (August 9, 2012). Anyone know if they are still in business?

I guess the economy is so good that nobody needs any addition business. This is the 3rd shop I have approached to get a few new skins and not one has replied. I'm self employeed and if someone emails me a request for a quote or some work, they will hear back from me same day, even on a Sunday!

For a month I have been trying to get a few skins for my personal inventory so if the sun deck gives way some day I'll have the inventory in my barn. No luck yet!

I do have a compete set of decals for my boat. I want a back up combing pad and sun deck though badly.

We were planning on sewing up our own upholstery on a '91 ps190, but if it's only 5-700 bucks for a complete set of skins I'd definitely consider that. I just emailed upholsterworkshop@yahoo.com, so we'll see if I get a reply. The only problem is that the seat cover of the rear bench and viewers seat were "re-upholstered" with some plain white material that looks awful. How will they be able to make skins for those since they aren't the factory design?

Wow...those seat bases are ugly!! However, the rest of the vinyl looks to be in good shape...why are you doing all the upholstery when it looks like yiu just need the cushions??

My guess is the bases would cost about $125 ea. Maybe a picture of what they are supposed to look like will get someone close with the new ones??

Call around to some of the skin makers...they may have patterns from previous jobs done on the same model.

A local shop can make a pattern from the the actual cushions.
