2012 x30 anchor

I'm not sure what size to go with but the curve on this anchor might allow it to set perfectly in the locker.

Hey Scott, went to check on my x30 yesterday and to see if my anchor would fit. The dealer is doing some modifications to it (slight bend to the arm where the rope attaches) so that the arm will slide down into the hold. Its a rubber coated anchor that fits other than that. I pick the boat up tomorrow and will try to get some pics and the anchor make.

Yeah, I was out but also didn't see it. Moreover, I really don't know much about the 2012s. I'd like to work on one that's for sure.

Dealer sounds great, but why have a anchor hold and anchor purchase option, if there isnt an anchor that fits, perfectly??

Just got back from the dealer and giving them their $$$$$.$$ Took a photo of my anchor well and a photo of my anchor. I did see one that comes from the factory and it is weeeeeeeek. 7 lb galvinized, wasnt impressed. The anchor that I have is Rubberized and 14 lbs, doesnt seem like much but it has worked for my Maristar, X2, and X14V. I have a Greenfield Slip ring Anchor. I'm not mutch for attaching links so i copied and pasted it below. I have a rubberized chain with quick connects as well. The arm of the anchor with the bend slides underneath the built in cooler and locks into place perfectly. The way they had the factory anchor mounted was the arm was up in the point of the bow. Looked like a rattle trap to me

Very nice! Thanks for sharing. I asked my dealer if they had the capability to bend one for me. Can you confirm that the anchor pictured is the 5lb?
