Would You Purchase This MC X30?

I'm looking at purchasing a 2006 X30 and have obtained the service records from the dealer. There doesn't seem to be anything major but its not a perfectly clean record.

Things like the owner running it out of fuel so it needed a new fuel pump, new starter coil, and a note that when the boat was taken in on consignment both the engine and transmission oil were low and dirty. It has approx. 250 hours.

I did a test drive the other day. The boat is clean, drives nice, and everything seems to be in good working condition. Its the original owner...just didn't receive the kind of TLC I like to give my boat, but the dealer has cleaned it up nicely.

I can get the boat for $39000. Should I run away or go for it?
