Vacation in Sister Lakes, MI

Will be at Dewey lake in MI from Sun 7/1 thru Sun 7/8 staying in a BIG house on the NE side. About 28 family members will be there. I'll be on the lake with my "lavender" striped 200VRS. We were there last year also, and liked it well enough to go back. Nice little ski lake- anybody here on it?

I'm down the road about 10 miles at Lake of the Woods near Decatur. My dealer is LE Powersports at Sister Lakes. We will be at our place all next week too. I'm hoping for nice sunny weather but the farmers really need some rain in that area!

My parents are on Dewey, over in the Irish Village. We get up there a few times each year. Unfortunately, we will not be there when you are. My only complaint about Dewey is the restricted ski hours. We break those rules to get some great water, but have had people chase us down to ***** us out. My brother wants me to trailer over to Magician Lake before or after Dewey hours so we can get prime skiing water.

Those ski hours do kinda suck. My brother fished Magician last year- might hafta drop the MC in and try it.

I'm about 20 miles west in St. Joseph. Sister Lakes is a nice set of lakes. I have a lake house up North so I'll be up there the week of the 4th.

If you get there, just look for lavender. I don't ski much anymore- I'll be 54 on Thurs, but I'll be draging the kids around all week. Boat only has 115 hours, but I plan on adding to it substantially.

Just came across this thread, our house is very close to sisters. We're in Watervliet, MI on Paw Paw Lake. The Stars and Stripes will be making the trip up next week!
