Terry McNew, President and Chief Executive Officer.
Mr. McNew was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of MasterCraft Boat Company in August, 2012. Mr. McNew comes to MasterCraft with a wealth of leadership experience not only in the marine industry, but specifically within our performance water sports segment, having spent 24 years in the business with executive roles at both Brunswick and Correct Craft. Mr. McNew served as President and CEO of Correct Craft from 2004-2006, and most recently has served as Executive Vice President, Manufacturing and Quality for the Recreational Boat Group at Brunswick, where he had a global responsibility for manufacturing, quality, product development and engineering for Brunswick’s recreational boat brands. Prior to these roles, Mr. McNew held increasingly senior positions at Sea Ray, starting there in 1988 as a laminator and chop gun operator and ultimately leading manufacturing and PD&E. Mr. McNew received his BSBA in Economics from the University of Central Florida – College of Business Administration and is certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt from the University of Tennessee.

Tim M. Oxley, Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary.
Mr. Oxley has been Chief Financial Officer of MasterCraft Boat Company since October 2012, formally being in the role of Vice President of Business Performance since 2006. Mr. Oxley has extensive powerboat industry experience, having served in various senior financial roles at Brunswick for 16 years. Prior to joining MasterCraft Boat Company, LLC, Mr. Oxley was the Chief Financial Officer of Brunswick's Freshwater Boat Group from 2004 to 2006, the Chief Financial Officer of Brunswick's Sea Ray Division from 2002 to 2004 and the Chief Financial Officer of Baja Marine Corporation (a division of Brunswick) from 1998 to 2002. Before Brunswick, he was Senior Auditor at Arthur Anderson LLP. Mr. Oxley's key contributions to MasterCraft Boat Company, LLC have been strategic planning, modeling, due diligence, budgeting and forecasting. Mr. Oxley received his B.S. degree from the University of Tennessee and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Shane Chittum, Chief Operating Officer.
Mr. Chittum joined MCBC Holdings in June 2011 as the Chief Operating Officer (COO). He arrived with 15 years of cross-functional business experience primarily in the automotive industry. Prior to joining MCBC Holdings, he was the director of global operational excellence for Visteon Corporation, a tier one automotive supplier. Prior to that role, he was in charge of Visteon’s operations in Monterrey, Mexico, as an expatriate multi-site plant manager. One of the three facilities that Chittum led was awarded the prestigious Shingo Bronze Medallion for accomplishments in operational excellence. Prior to Visteon, Chittum held various plant leadership positions in Lear Corporation, another tier one automotive supplier, was an alumnus of Deloitte and Touche, LLP, and a veteran of the United States Army. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland (UC) with a bachelors degree in accounting and maintains professional certifications that include a certified public accountant, certified lean manager from the Ohio State University, and a Shingo Prize examiner.

David A. Kirkland, Chief Information Officer.
Mr. Kirkland has been CIO since April 2008. From 2000 to 2008, he served as Director of Information Systems. Prior to that Mr. Kirkland was Manager of Information Systems at TRW Koyo Steering Systems (now a division of JTEKT Automotive), a tier one automotive supplier. Mr. Kirkland was with TRW Koyo for 12 years. Mr. Kirkland is a member of the Senior Executive Network, is a board member for curriculum development at Cleveland State Community College. Mr. Kirkland received his B.A. in Computer Science/Mathematics from Maryville College, completed advanced studies with the Tatum CIO Executives, and has completed studies in various advanced technology areas.

G. Parker Stair, Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
Mr. Stair joined Mastercraft as Director of Sales in 2003 after an 18 year career in sales and marketing. His early work experience was as a regional manager for snow ski related companies. Later he worked as an advertising manager on the agency and media side of the business. It was during this stage that Mr. Stair managed marketing activities for Sea Ray Boats, as well as a number of non-marine related companies. In 2009, Mr. Stair was appointed Vice President of Sales for North America where he directs and manages the sales efforts of the companies 5 Regional managers. He has been instrumental in strengthening and equipping MasterCraft’s North American dealer network to deliver the finest ownership experience in the marine industry. Mr. Stair received his Bachelors degree in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee. Mr. Stair has always been an avid watersports and snowsports enthusiast. While attending college, Mr. Stair worked for the Steamboat Ski Resort as a ski instructor. Mr. Stair is a past President of the Knoxville Advertising Federation and a recipient of the President’s Award for service to the American Advertising Federation.

Greg Stanley, Vice President of Human Resources.
Mr. Stanley has been Vice President of Human Resources with MasterCraft Boat Company, LLC since July 2006. From 1996 to 2006, he served as Director of Human Resources with MasterCraft Boat Company, LLC. Prior to that, Mr. Stanley was Director of Human Resources for Clayton Homes, Inc. Mr. Stanley received his B.S. degree in Business Administration from Eastern Kentucky University.

Ian Birdsall, Vice President of International Business.
Mr Birdsall was appointed Vice President of International Business with MasterCraft Boat Company, LLC in June 2009. Having come from a previous Senior Management Position within the company. Mr Birdsall has a long and proven history with MasterCraft dating back to the mid 1970’s. After a brief meeting with the founder of MasterCraft, Mr Birdsall and his family established MasterCraft UK, from which they manufactured, distributed and marketed MasterCraft Boats. Over the next 30 plus years Mr Birdsall established MasterCraft Dealerships in more than 30 countries, building MasterCraft into the Global Brand Leader it is today. Mr Birdsall’s key role within the Company is to oversee all aspects of existing International business and initiate growth into developing markets, where MasterCraft’s strong business ethics, service oriented structure and obsession with quality are regarded as unprecedented in the industry.
